Reynolds C. Bish, director, Iomega Corp., honored as Director of the Year for Companies in Transition.  Bish has served as director for Iomega Corp. since 2006 and is a member of its audit committee.  According to one fellow Iomega Corp. board member, he is “driven to protect shareholders and has consistently been the one in the room most likely to ask questions and to think independently about how to make the company or performance better.” 

Bish is also director and chairman of the audit committee of I-Many Inc., a leading provider of contract management software, and has been active in enterprise software markets for more than 20 years.

In 1989, he co-founded Captiva Software Corp., which became a leading provider of input management solutions, and served as its president and CEO until its acquisition by EMC Corp.  Following the acquisition, he became vice president of EMC’s enterprise software group until June 2006.  He is currently CEO and director of Kofax Image Products.
