From January 22 – 24, 2012, “Directors Forum: Directors, Management & Shareholders in Dialogue” presented by the Corporate Directors Forum, uniquely brought together institutional investors, directors, management and regulatory agencies in an intimate setting with real access to speakers and peers. Who is Corporate Directors Forum?
Corporate Directors Forum, a 501(c)(6), was founded in 1991. Its purpose is to help directors be better directors through education and peer networking. CDF’s core beliefs are that boards are strategic assets of corporations, education makes better directors, better directors make better boards and better boards make better companies.
Continuing Education
- The Corporate Directors Forum is an approved provider of MCLE credits with the State Bar of California Transferability of these credits to other state bars should be verified with those states. Participation at all conference sessions will provide 13 MCLE total credit hours.
- The Corporate Directors Forum is an approved provider of CPE credits. California certified public accountants can earn a total 13 CPE credit hours. Transferability of these credits to other state bars should be verified with those states.
