On December 14, FCD will host a breakfast and panel discussion focusing on the major concerns of private equity portfolio companies. How management and their advisers deal with those issues is affected by the patience of their investors and debt issuers.
Some of the issues the panel will address include how a small - to medium-sized company deals with an international scope of business, cost effective business expansion strategies: growing a sales force or aligning with distributors, succession and transitions at family/founder run businesses and cyber security and intellectual property concerns.
